San Carlos’ Budget Strategy in 1,400 Words

The City of San Carlos has come up some pretty interesting strategies to deal with budget woes in a lousy economy…some of them controversial.

While the solutions have both fans and critics, one thing can be agreed:  with everyone so busy trying to keep up with international, national and local news – not to mention work and family and grocery shopping and all that stuff – it’s easy to lose track of just what the City has done to address its economic challenges.
